Thank you for shopping at peecart.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
We will accept a return of an unused product within 10 days. Once we receive the returned item peecart will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Pandla Group, 82, Khraintee, Jind, Haryana – India, 126114.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to peecart, accessible from https://peecart.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and traceable mail service.

Pickup Facility
In case of returns, if you want to be picked up from a different address than the delivered address, then you have to keep in mind that the address can be changed only when the pick-up service is available at the new address.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Complete Product | All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), Freebies and combos (if any) should be present. |
Unused Product | The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern, or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices. |
Undamaged Product | The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel, etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes. |
Undamaged Packaging | The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged. |
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Rules for a Successful Return
- If for any reason the seller is unable to process a replacement, a refund will be given.
- If your product is installable, please wait for the authorized person. Do not open your product packaging for products where the installation is provided by Peecart’s service partners. Peecart Authorized Person will assist in the unboxing and installation of the product.
- In the case of furniture, an attempt will be made to replace the defective part first. If replacing the defective part does not solve the problem, a full replacement will be given.
- If you have problems with your smartphone, tablet, laptop, television, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, we can call a technician at your place. The trip is scheduled by placing an order with peecart through peecart.com Home Tech Services. Home Tech service terms and conditions subject to Peecart.com, a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation report.
- Returns will be processed only when
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- The product that was sent to you is no different than the same product;
- The product is returned to its original condition (with brand/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories therein).
- If you want to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please make sure that you have removed all such personal information from the device before returning. peecart shall not be liable in any way for the misuse or use of any such information.
- Cases of buyer’s remorse are also included such as the wrong model or product color or incorrect color ordered. The product may not be eligible for a refund in some cases.
- If products marked as “non-refundable” on the product detail page are non-refundable.
- If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 3 days from the delivery of the product.
