Thank you for shopping at Peecart.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our Refund and Return Policy outlined below.

We accept the return of unused products within 10 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, Peecart will issue a full refund excluding shipping charges (as initial shipping costs are non-refundable). Please note that discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) refers to Pandla Logistics, The Peecart Store, Near New Grain Market, Rohtak Road, Jind, Haryana – India, 126102.

  • Goods refer to the items available for sale on our Service.

  • Orders mean purchase requests placed by You to buy Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Peecart, accessible at https://peecart.com.

  • You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


General Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns may be refused or subject to a restocking fee if these conditions are not met.

  • Customers are advised to use an insured and trackable shipping method when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the product reaches us and passes quality checks.

Pickup and Return Conditions

During pickup, returned products will be checked for:

  • Correct Product: IMEI/Serial number, MRP tag, and branding must match.

  • Complete Product: All manuals, accessories, freebies, and combos must be included.

  • Unused Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and with intact quality seals.

  • Undamaged Condition: Products must be free from scratches, dents, or damages.

  • Original Packaging: Packaging must be intact without damage.

If these conditions are not met, the pickup executive may refuse the return.


Rules for a Successful Return

  1. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.

  2. Products requiring installation (e.g., appliances) must be unboxed only by Peecart’s authorized service partners.

  3. In furniture returns, defective parts will be replaced first. If unresolved, a full replacement will be provided.

  4. Technician visits may be scheduled for technical issues (smartphones, laptops, appliances, etc.) before confirming a return.

  5. Returns will be accepted only if the product is undamaged, unaltered, and returned with original packaging, MRP tags, and all accessories.

  6. For devices storing personal data, customers must erase all information before returning.

  7. Products marked as non-refundable on the product detail page are not eligible for refund.

  8. Non-returnable products received in damaged/defective condition must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Product Exchange Policy

At Peecart.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there’s any problem with the product or you simply wish to exchange it, we’re here to help.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Products can be requested for exchange within 3-7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and free from any damage.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Only eligible items may be exchanged; custom or personalized items may not qualify for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
  2. Send the product back to us according to the instructions provided.
  3. Once your returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped.
  4. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply—please check our detailed shipping policy for more information.

Special Notes:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we may offer a store credit or a refund as per your preference.
  • Items bought on final sale or under specific conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be initiated after:

  • The returned item is received by us, and

  • It passes the inspection for eligibility.

Refunds will be credited using the same method of payment originally used for the purchase.
